Digital Product Return Policy

At CompAlign, we are dedicated to providing reliable digital compliance solutions and a seamless customer experience. Because our offerings are delivered electronically and may be accessed immediately after purchase, all sales are generally final. However, we recognise that certain situations may justify a refund.

When Refunds May Be Issued

Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may be granted in the following circumstances:

  • Access or Technical Failures – If you are unable to use the product due to a serious technical fault that cannot be resolved by our support team within 7 calendar days of your initial report. Supporting evidence (such as screenshots, logs, or error codes) may be required.

  • Incorrect or Misleading Description – If the product does not reasonably match the description presented on our website at the time of purchase.

  • Duplicate Payment – If the same product was purchased more than once in error, a refund for the duplicate transaction will be arranged.

Requesting a Refund

If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please reach out to us at support@compalign.com and include:

  • Your order reference

  • Purchase date

  • Reason for your request

  • Any supporting details (e.g., screenshots or technical error messages)

All requests are typically reviewed within 5–7 business days. If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method within 7 business days of approval.
